Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Supervisor Ultrasound Vascular to lead vascular ultrasound services and ensure accreditation readiness. The role involves supervising staff, managing payroll and evaluations, and driving continuous compliance improvements.

You will oversee processes for initial and ongoing accreditations, educate staff on performance standards, and contribute to the department's strategic objectives within a large healthcare system.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Clinical hours in accredited school required to pass RDMS Registry for Vascular Ultrasound Technology.
• Licensure/Certifications: Registry for Vascular Ultrasound Technology. BLS required upon hire or within 30 days.
• Experience: 2 years in Vascular Ultrasound Technology required.
• 2 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Operates Ultrasound imaging equipment to produce images of patient’s body for diagnostic purposes and assist physicians with procedures. Ultrasound: Population Served (All Ages) Core competencies will be assessed primarily on the patient population(s) served. Will lead the process for initial and ongoing accreditations. Also, the department’s resources for ongoing compliance monitoring. The goal will be to obtain and maintain acceptable standards for accreditation and educate other staff as indicated on performance improvement opportunities and compliance. Supervise functions of employees including but not limited to payroll, evaluations, rounding and other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent preferred. Clinical hours in accredited school required to pass RDMS Registry for
• Vascular Ultrasound Technology. Bachelors of Science in Ultrasonography preferred.
