Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking a Vascular Technician to support vascular ultrasound imaging for diagnostic purposes and assist physicians with procedures. The role requires RDMS/RVT/RVS credentials and clinical hours, with the ability to obtain certifications within six months.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Operates Ultrasound imaging equipment to produce images of patient's body for diagnostic purposes and assist physicians with procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate or GED equivalent preferred
• Bachelors of Science in Ultrasonography preferred
• Clinical hours in accredited school required to pass RDMS Registry for Vascular Ultrasound Technology
• ARDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (RVS) Registered Vascular Specialist must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
