- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the day-to-day operational activities to achieve branch and division training and development objectives.
- Direct the development and implementation of a learner centric curriculum and associated resources to support Navy Federal's strategic goals and mission.
- Initiate process/procedural recommendations and lead moderately complex projects to improve overall branch efficiency.
- Act as Assistant Manager/Manager in the incumbent's absence.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of principles and processes for measuring and evaluating program and individual effectiveness and developing alternative corrective actions
- Working knowledge of instructional theories, educational psychology, educational theory, tools and resources
- Significant experience in designing and executing multifaceted training campaigns
- Significant experience managing presentation and publication production projects
- Significant experience in online publishing and project tracking tools and programsExperience in implementing strategic initiatives at the tactical level
- Experience in supervising and/or leading professional employees
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of courses, learning products and delivery methods
- Experience demonstrating thought-leadership, initiative-taking, decision-making and creativity solving business problems
- Experience in leading large projects/initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously which have business risk and impact
