Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra, seeks a Seasonal Ticket Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The role oversees ticket staff, helps manage cash handling, and supports daily operations with opening/closing procedures and banking tasks.

This seasonal position offers the chance to enjoy the mountains while contributing to guest services. The pay range is $22.77 to $24.58 per hour, with benefits aligned to a seasonal role and employee perks at Alterra Resorts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of cash handling and/or supervision of ticket cashiers.
• Prior knowledge of ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the ticket staff on a daily basis.
• Creates daily work schedules for ticket staff.
• Assists the ticket cashiers when needed.
• Trains cashiers on opening and closing procedures.
• Assists in balancing cash receipts and daily reporting.
• Organizes nightly bank drops.

Hourly pay rate: $22.77 to $24.58

A little about this position:

• Supervises the ticket staff on a daily basis.
• Tasks include making daily work schedules, assisting the ticket cashiers when needed, providing backup as necessary.
• Trains cashiers on proper opening and closing procedures.
• Assists in the daily balancing of all ticket windows as well as assist sin the daily reporting of cash receipts.
• Organizes nightly bank drops.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of cash handling and/or supervision of ticket cashiers.
• Prior knowledge of ticketing systems.
