Mammoth Mountain is seeking seasonal workers to lead grooming and on-hill operations, directing and training staff while monitoring maintenance and terrain development in the resort’s alpine environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to operate snow grooming equipment, and rapid adoption of Workday, SnowSat, and Pro Academy tools to support performance feedback and operational adjustments.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment.
• Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department.
• Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities.
• Ability to learn Workday, SnowSat, and Pisten Bully Pro Academy.

A little about this position:

• Directs, trains and monitors operators in maintenance, grooming and on-hill operations.
• This position will also be responsible for recording and monitoring key administrative functions of the department to provide performance feedback, and to adjust operations accordingly.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Two full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment
• Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department
• Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities
• Ability to learn Workday, SnowSat, and Pisten Bully Pro Academy
• Hourly pay rate: $35.58 to $42.44
