Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal HR Admin to support resident records, housing enrollment, and policy administration in a fast-paced ski resort environment.

You will register new and returning employees for housing, assist managers on special projects, and perform routine clerical duties while upholding strict confidentiality. Strong communication and 3 years office experience are expected.

Proficiency in Word/Excel and a CA driver’s license are preferred, with Spanish skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in office work, preferably HR related.
• Computer literate with Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have high standard of confidentiality.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license.
• Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, updates and maintains employee resident records.
• Administers established personnel policies and practices.
• Registers new and returning employees for Housing.
• Assists Manager and Director with special projects.
