Job summary

ProMach is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a team of Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks in Woodland, WA. You will enforce safety standards, mentor staff, and oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of warehousing experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with warehouse software. This role emphasizes process discipline, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six+ years warehousing experience preferred.
• Experience leading/mentoring in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with warehousing software tracking and BOM usage.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain hazard-free environment.
• Supervise and mentor the shipping, receiving and inventory clerks; assign tasks and ensure quality.
• Support daily warehouse duties for priority tasks and assist in complex projects.
• Maintain SOPs and quality protocols; oversee inspections and counts.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase workflow efficiency.
• Meet shipment deadlines and communicate issues to project schedules.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and professional development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
• Supervise and mentor the assigned team of Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks, including task assignments, quality assurance review and cross-training
• Support team in assisting in daily warehouse responsibilities for priority or complex tasks
• Maintain and enforce Warehouse standard operating processes (SOPs) and quality protocols across all tasks, performing or giving oversight to inspections, inventory counts and audits
• Support continuous improvement in workflows to increase efficiency
• Adhere to shipment deadlines and commitments set by the team for project schedules and communicate concerns or issues
• Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development within the team
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6) or more years of warehouse experience, demonstrating proficiency in all warehousing duties
• Prior experience in leading/mentoring in a warehouse environment
• Proven proficiency in warehousing software tracking
• Demonstrated capability to use bill of materials and apply knowledge of various vendor supplied components
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
