Job summary

TopView Sightseeing is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator in Atlanta to manage daily scheduling and staff coverage in a dynamic restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible weekends. Responsibilities include coordinating catering orders, facilitating ticket scanning, and ensuring high standards of guest experience. Qualifications

• 1 year previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a 9-hour shift between 8:00am - 9:30pm.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and ensure appropriate coverage for staff.
• Coordinate and confirm daily catering orders.
• Communicate food predictions to the caterer on specified days.
• Ensure all materials needed for the day are sent with the Tea Bus operation.
• Provide relief to staff where needed.
• Facilitate ticket scanning and customer boarding.
• Coaching and training as necessary.
• Report any inventory or bus needs.
• Maintain high standards to ensure a 'WOW' experience.

• Ensure all materials needed for the day are sent with the Tea Bus operation.
• Provide relief where needed amongst staff.
• Maneuver to assist cover any call outs.
• Facilitate ticket scanning and customer boarding.
• Coaching and training as needed.
• Report any inventory/bus needs.
• Communicate daily operations in comprehensive reports
• Maintain a level of high standards to ensure a “WOW” experience.
