Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training required.
• LA Ops License is required.
• Experience supervising dealers in a table games environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of internal controls and Louisiana gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.
• Train employees; evaluate performance; manage rewards and disciplinary actions.
• Address complaints and resolve problems to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment)
• Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
• Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
• Continued training sessions required.

Competencies

• Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment

Target Salary Range

• $22.00 per hour
