Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staffing, service quality, and guest satisfaction across our Austin properties.

You’ll lead and mentor a diverse team, schedule, monitor inventory, manage payroll, and ensure health and safety standards to deliver exceptional experiences. ServSafe certification is preferred; strong communication, leadership, and adaptability are essential.

• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
