Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System seeks a Supervisor for Curriculum Design, Instructional Design & Simulation Services to lead system-wide clinical education programs focused on patient safety and workforce readiness.

You will supervise a team of 17 professionals and oversee operations, resource allocation, and staff development to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement standardized education, support accreditation

Qualifications

• Accredited program aligned with licensure requirements.
• 4 years' experience in healthcare education or leadership.
• Licensure in state with one of RN/PT/OT/SLP/RRT/LSW is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Simulation Services, Curriculum and Instructional Design.
• Supervise and develop a multi-disciplinary team of educators and simulation technologists.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Direct curriculum development, learning design, and system-wide education resources.
• Support accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
