Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Adult Learning, Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of leadership, project management and learning experience.
• Experience designing and managing learning initiatives for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and team development with mentoring and performance management.
• Directs system-wide simulation and CME programs with compliance oversight.
• Leads planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical learning initiatives.
• Manages staffing plans, resources, and financial stewardship.
