Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's or PhD in Adult Learning/Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Experience leading learning initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching for the learning team.
• Direct system-wide simulation and CME programs with accreditation compliance.
• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
• Manage staffing, resources, and financial aspects of the program.
