Job summary

TForce Freight is seeking a Supervisor, Service Center to coordinate daily operations at its service centers in the United States. You will analyze data to drive productivity, service, and quality targets, and work with the management team to create action plans that improve service level results.

The role oversees staff within the department and partners with managers to hire, train, and evaluate performance, while ensuring labor agreements are followed and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred.
• Previous dock operations experience - Preferred.
• Supervisory experience in the transportation industry - Preferred.
