Qualifications

• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support the creation of earnings releases, call materials, and investor presentations.
• Perform technical accounting research and analyze complex transactions.
• Oversee XBRL preparation and validation for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with proxy statements and other public disclosures.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
