Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or related financial reporting roles.
• Public accounting/Big-4 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for SEC filings.
• Design and maintain controls related to the financial reporting process.
