Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Employee Health Supervisor to lead the hospital-wide Employee Health program. The role requires clinical nursing expertise and the ability to partner with departments and medical staff to keep staff healthy and compliant.

You will oversee program administration, coordinate health services for employees, and serve as a resource across shifts and units. CPR certification and GA RN licensure are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must hold an Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years of nursing experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Demonstrated ability to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and clinical expertise.
• Certified in Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years of nursing experience (preferred).
• Two years of experience in an Occupational or Public Health Nursing position (preferred).
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN or COHNS), or obtain within 18 months of hire (preferred).
• Emergency Department nursing experience (preferred).
• Three years of previous experience in an Occupational Health leadership position (preferred).
• One year of supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Has overall responsibility for directing, administering, and managing the hospital-wide Employee Health program. The Employee Health Supervisor is a professional nurse with advanced knowledge, skill, and competence in all areas of Employee and Occupational Health. In addition, serves as a resource to all hospital departments and medical staff as it relates to Employee Health matters. Works with adolescent, adult, and geriatric population, whether they are an employee, auxiliary personnel, student, or medical staff member.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• 1. Must hold an Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years ofnursing experience.
• 2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• 3. Demonstrated ability to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and clinical expertise.
