Working alongside patients and their providers, our rehabilitation teams recommend exercises and appropriate tools to relieve pain and prevent future injuries.

Position Overview

This is a Supervisor position in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient PT/OT clinic, located in an adult outpatient clinic in Region B. The role includes patient care responsibilities.

Scope of Work

The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of rehabilitation services, performing duties of licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists as appropriate. The role involves developing policies, procedures, and processes in coordination with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, policy interpretation, human resource development, performance improvement, and maintaining interdisciplinary relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• At least 1 year of related clinical experience
• MI Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
