Job Summary
The CSR Supervisor is responsible for managing the various aspects of the medical file review process, specifically the intake, turn-around time, and supervision of the Customer Service Representative team.

Education/Credentials: An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience: Supervisory or team management experience is critical. Healthcare or insurance experience is preferred.
Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, computer literacy, and typing skills.
Working Conditions: Physical demands include lifting, bending, traveling, and long periods of sitting at a computer.
Work from Home Tech Requirements: Reliable internet connection and personal equipment are necessary.
