Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Teams Voice

Location: Michigan, mainly remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

Lead a project to develop a global communication platform for a leading Japanese manufacturing group. The project involves deploying Microsoft Teams Voice across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. You will work closely with the head of the Japan headquarters, managing the project with a focus on upstream processes such as requirement definition, design, and building. After testing in Japan, the new system will be implemented in other offices across Asia, Europe, and the US.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and operating phone systems (Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, Notel, etc.) with hands-on experience

• Experience negotiating with clients
• Japanese language skills and business-level English for communication across multiple locations
