Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturer, seeks a seasoned operations and supply chain leader to guide complex programs from planning through delivery. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing and logistics to define schedules, budgets and success metrics while ensuring scalable, repeatable processes across the enterprise.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional influence, vendor coordination and data‑driven decision making to optimize inventory, master scheduling, demand planning and S&OP

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations and/or supply chain disciplines: Inventory Control, Materials Management, Master Scheduling, Production Planning, Logistics, Demand Planning, S&OP.
• Supply chain systems implementation experience.
• Excellent relationship management with the ability to work effectively across departments and persuade and influence others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
• Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
• Assigns and monitors work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction
• Works on problems if moderate scope and exercises judgement within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates or functional peer groups and interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, cross departmental processes and procedures

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
