Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking an Assembly Supervisor for the DISG unit to oversee production line operations, ensure product quality, safety, and efficient manufacturing, and guide the assembly staff.

You will translate daily production schedules into priorities, coordinate across workstations, and collaborate with Engineering on process improvements while maintaining accurate records and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications

The DISG encompasses two business units, the Power Discrete & Modules BU and the RF/Microwave Discreet BU.
