Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in diode assembly, hands-on operations, and comfort with ERP/AX systems. Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Glass diode assembly supervisory or group leader role.
• Hands-on experience with assembly operations and production systems (ERP or AX).
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Data-driven decision-maker with lean/process-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assembly teams on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met with high-quality and safety compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate assembly staff across multiple workstations, assign tasks, set priorities, and balance workloads to meet schedules.
• Translate daily production schedules into clear priorities and staffing assignments.
• Partner with Engineering on process enhancements, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate electronic records (training logs, payroll, performance notes) and report key metrics.
