Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in Mount Holly Springs, PA is seeking a production assembler for precision electronics. You will operate microscopes, soldering and testing equipment to assemble circuit boards and verify quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate microscopes, soldering irons, hot air tools, epoxy dispensers, and other small hand tools to perform precision assembly and inspection tasks.
• Perform soldering, epoxy dispensing, and assembly of electronic components at the circuit board level.
• Operate automated equipment and machinery to perform assembly, environmental, and mechanical testing functions.
• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate assembly, testing, and processing.
• Inspect, review, and document assembly and test results in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
