Job summary

You will translate daily production schedules into priorities, coordinate across workstations, and collaborate with Engineering on process improvements while maintaining accurate records and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Glass diode assembly supervisory or group leader role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assembly teams on the production floor, ensuring that daily production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.
• Supervising and coordinating assembly staff across multiple workstations, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and balancing workloads to meet production schedules.
• Translate daily production schedules into clear priorities and staffing assignments.
• Partner with Engineering on process enhancements, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate electronic records (training logs, payroll, performance notes) and report key metrics.
