Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead multiple workstations in a fast-paced production environment. You will drive daily production targets, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with Engineering on process improvements to enhance yield and reliability.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in diode assembly, hands-on operations, and comfort with ERP/AX systems. Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering on process enhancements, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate electronic records (training logs, payroll, performance notes) and report key metrics.

Microchip company, Discrete and Integrated Solutions Group (DISG) offers one of the industry's most comprehensive power and RF/microwave discrete semiconductor product portfolios. The DISG encompasses two business units, the Power Discrete & Modules BU and the RF/Microwave Discreet BU.
