Qualifications

• Vocational school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar function.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience managing 10–15 people.
• Experience in assembly/Control of Electronic Components.
• Management experience.
• Knowledge of Kaizen method.
• Knowledge of standard software.
• Experience using MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Summary

He is responsible for safety, quality of production processes and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and the achievement of productivity objectives in collaboration with other departments.

The role also includes administrative tasks such as approving holidays, checking daily clocking in, supporting employee interviews, and collaborating on HR processes.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Personnel Management

• Lead and support the operations team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor team performance and elevate any operational issues to the appropriate departments.
• Conduct regular interviews with employees (performance reviews, development, disciplinary interviews, contract terminations).
• Approve vacation and time off requests based on operational needs.
• Daily clocking control
• Managing and ensuring the onboarding and training of new employees.
• Promote staff engagement and development through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to proposals for salary increases and promotions in agreement with the Value Stream Team Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Conduct Management Walks
• Conduct weekly employee information meetings

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards in the assigned area.
• Ensure the prevention of injuries and the correct use of equipment by reporting any anomalies to the Value Stream Team Manager
• Train staff on the use of equipment and tools by reporting it in the training log
• Perform inventory checks and sample checks on incoming material.
• Ensure order and cleanliness according to the 5S principles.
• Ticket Management for Quality, TPM, IT and Facility Management

Operational Production Management

• Operational management of a production area of the site according to the indications of the Value Stream Team Manager.
• Planning and control of production activities with clear priorities and adherence to deadlines
• Monitor Team Performance and exhale issues to the Team Manager Value Stream
• Organize and conduct Daily Kaizen meetings

Continuous Improvement & Process Development

• Collaborate on the introduction of new processes and products on the shop floor.
• Promote continuous improvement of the area of expertise.
• Implementing and optimizing the KAIZEN philosophy

What We’re Looking For

• Vocational school diploma, equivalent training or higher
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar function
• 2-3 years of leadership experience of a team of 10-15 people
• Professional experience in the assembly / Control of Electronic Components
• Management experience
• Knowledge of the Kaizen method
• Knowledge of standard software
• Experience in the use of MS Office programs (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
