Job summary

Alpitronic Americas, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Charlotte team. You will receive, organize, and prepare materials for production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified.
  • Experience using inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, data entry and inventory transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Accurately label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment.
  • Support manufacturing by ensuring materials are available where and when needed.
  • Load and unload trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions using warehouse management and ERP systems.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team. In this role, you'll help keep our manufacturing operation running efficiently by ensuring materials are received, organized, and delivered accurately to support production.

What You'll Do

What We\'re Looking For

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training and certification.

Schedule

  • Full-time position / Day Shift
  • Monday through Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend work based on business needs.

Ability to commute/relocate: Charlotte, NC area: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Compensation for this role will be based on experience, location, and market conditions. A salary range will be provided where required by law.
