Position Details

This is a 1st shift position: 5:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Overall Summary

As Supervisor, Production, you will supervise all aspects of both lean value stream and traditional manufacturing product lines across all shifts. You will mentor direct reports, interface with various teams to facilitate manufacturing operations, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise multiple product lines and manufacturing activities.
  2. Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations within budget.
  3. Optimize manpower utilization for maximum efficiency.
  4. Set goals, measure progress, and promote continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and train employees, conduct reviews.
  6. Enforce personnel policies and maintain training programs.
  7. Ensure adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing, foundry, CNC machining, metal finishing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Training in GMP, GD&T, lean manufacturing, and computer systems is preferred.

Visual acuity requirements include peripheral, color, and depth perception.
