Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production workers to ensure efficient workflow, meet production targets, and uphold quality and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of production personnel
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to optimize efficiency
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve operational challenges
• Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in using production software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma practices (preferred)
