Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of production department personnel
2. Ensure that the production schedule is adhered to
3. Maintain a safe environment for production department personnel
4. Ensure labor dollars are correctly allocated
5. Maintain employee morale
6. Hold weekly safety meetings
7. Communicate needs to plant manager and follow up to ensure needs are met
8. Maintain housekeeping standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and communicate all functions within the production facility
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and develop teams to gather information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
