Position: Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM

Bonus: 8% AIP

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members; maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality department to address product issues.
• Monitor production output, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Manage staffing, shift schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Promote safety compliance and investigate incidents.
• Prepare reports on KPI and department data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; AS degree or relevant experience considered.
• 3-5 years manufacturing supervisory experience; rail industry and job shop experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies; certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably LN.
