As a Production Supervisor, you will make an impact in our company by overseeing manufacturing processes, managing staff on the production floor, coordinating resources to meet deadlines and production expectations with little or no supervision. Your duties will include assigning employees to production stations, monitoring output levels at different points in the production process, and implementing company policies. Responsibilities will also include involvement in hiring, discipline, and terminations as appropriate.

• Manage production staff schedule, payroll, and time off.
• Be responsible for staffing personnel based on production needs.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and develop employees.
