Qualifications

• 3–5 ans d'expérience en supervision dans la fabrication automobile.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular audits and inspections.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Document shift performance, materials usage, and report any variances or incidents.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949), and ERP/MES systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Work environment may involve exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
• Requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
