OceanaGold Corporation is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for hourly operations technicians at our South Carolina site. You will drive safety, environmental compliance, asset protection, and production, while coordinating across departments and mentoring operators.

This position is responsible for supervising hourly operations technicians. The supervisor must be able to focus on safety, environmental compliance, asset protection, and production simultaneously. This is a hands‑on supervisor role responsible for managing operations activities, which includes, but may not be limited to all of the gold processing facilities, tailing systems and water systems. This supervisor will interact with many different work groups and departments and must be able to work well with others.
