OceanaGold is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead hourly operations technicians at our US processing facilities. This role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, asset protection, and production, coordinating across departments to optimize equipment use and drive a high-performing crew.
The candidate will train and mentor operators, conduct evaluations, and ensure records and procedures reflect best practices.

This position is responsible for supervising hourly operations technicians. The supervisor must be able to focus on safety, environmental compliance, asset protection, and production simultaneously. This is a hands-on supervisor role responsible for managing operations activities, which includes, but may not be limited to all of the gold processing facilities, tailing systems and water systems. This supervisor will interact with many different work groups and departments and must be able to work well with others.
