Baptist Health is seeking a Supervisor Physician Practice for the Marcus Neuro Institute in Boynton Beach. This full-time role leads daily operations, supports staff and clinicians, and ensures high-quality patient care across the physician practice.

You will oversee administrative processes, uphold regulatory standards, and foster a collaborative, service‑oriented environment for patients, families, and team members at Baptist Health South Florida.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in patient access or physician practice.
• CHAA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, especially during stressful situations.
• Professional, detail-oriented team player.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and EMR applications.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.

• Required education or equivalent experience (minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience and/or Lead in Patient Access or physician practice).
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis in problem resolution.
