Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a Supervisor Phlebotomy to coordinate the administrative functions of the Phlebotomy Department and supervise workflow and personnel.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for the Phlebotomy Department. Supervise personnel to include workflow direction, hiring, performance management and applicable policy interpretation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Supervisory, workflow, or coordination experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Organizational skills and project management skills preferred
