Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations within the Department of Pharmacy. The role ensures appropriate staffing and workflow, coordinating schedules and assigning daily tasks to staff across the service location.

The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, PA pharmacist registration eligibility, and at least 3 years of related experience.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to coordinate the daily operations within a specific service location within the Department of Pharmacy including ensuring an adequate schedule to support the work area; assessing, prioritizing and assigning daily workflow and staff assignments; and triaging issues as they arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required.
  • Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required
  • 3 years of job-related experience in the specific service area of Pharmacy required.
