Ascension Pharmacy Services in Austin, TX seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead technicians, and drive process improvements. The role leads hiring, training, and performance evaluations within a regulated hospital pharmacy setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail/mail-order pharmacy with supervisory experience and appropriate pharmacist technician credentials. Schedule is day shift, full-time, Monday–Friday at Ascension facilities.

Qualificações

• One or more of the following credentials: NHA Pharmacy Tech or PTCB credentialed before hire/transfer date.
• Education: HS equivalency with 2 years cumulative experience OR Associate's/Technical degree with 1 year experience OR 5 years of applicable experience.
• Additional Preferences: 5+ years of retail/mail-order pharmacy experience; supervisory experience preferred.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments for pharmacy technicians and may perform the duties of a pharmacy technician.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • Required Credential(s):
    • One or more of the following:
      • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

  Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  Additional Preferences:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of retail/mail-order pharmacy experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supervising pharmacy operations and technician teams is highly preferred.
