Job summary

Blueprints is seeking a Program Supervisor for Connecting Children and Families (Kinship Support/Recruitment) to oversee daily operations of assigned programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Blueprints policies.

The role supervises staff, supports professional development, assists with budget oversight, and drives recruitment, certification, and retention of resource parents; works with quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing program operations.

Responsibilities

The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, contractual requirements, and Blueprints policies and procedures. This position supervises and supports staff performance, promotes professional development and training opportunities, assists with budget oversight, and works to enhance service quality and program outcomes. The Program Supervisor plays a key role in resource parent recruitment, certification, and retention, while collaborating with quality improvement initiatives to strengthen program effectiveness. Additionally, the role ensures continuity of services through staff coverage planning, crisis intervention, and the supervisor on-call rotation to support program operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as scheduled.
