Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Supervisor, Payer Relations to oversee staff and payer-facing projects within the Health System Shared Services division. You will guide executive discussions, monitor payer performance, and drive improvements across revenue cycle and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare.
  • 6 years of relevant experience required; 8-12 years preferred.
  • 3+ years in payer relations, managed care, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of managed care payers and reimbursement structures.
  • Ability to present oral and written reports to all management levels.
  • Medical claims experience, preferably with EPIC.
