Job summary

American Health Imaging in Marietta, GA is seeking a Patient Service Representative Supervisor to lead daily patient services operations. The role ensures a welcoming environment, manages patient intake, schedules, and verifies insurance while handling financial interactions.

The supervisor will train staff, participate in hiring, run meetings, monitor timecards, and drive performance through QA processes and development plans. Office experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years office experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Participates in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process.
• Leads regular staff meetings and associate one-on-ones.
• Monitors and approves timecards.
• Initiates and participates in staff performance evaluations and on-going development of team members including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/ or terminations when necessary.
• Defines job responsibilities/specialty tasks and priorities.
• Develops and monitors the teams' performance through a QA process.
• Establishes employee schedules to provide for planned time off, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and adequate department coverage (5%).
• Completes other tasks and projects as assigned.

American Health Imaging is actively searching for a Patient Service Representative Supervisor to join our team in Marietta, GA
This position is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
The Patient Service Representative Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for all patients, families, and visitors while performing the requested duties. These duties will include interviewing patients and/or families to obtain all demographic and financial information, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying patient insurance, explaining financial responsibility to patient or patient representative, and collecting same-day payments.

Additional Responsibilities:
