Job summary

American Health Imaging in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an entry-level Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering friendly, accurate customer service in a fast-paced medical office setting.

You will schedule exams, assist with insurance authorizations and verifications, handle multiple phone lines, and ensure clean patient data for billing. Prior medical office experience is preferred and benefits are offered.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
