Job summary

Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville, VA, is seeking a Supervisor for the Patient Access team. This salaried, exempt role handles daily staff supervision, coordinates scheduling, and supports service levels in admissions. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prefer an Associate's degree, and prior healthcare supervisory experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and registration/billing processes is expected. The position offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
• Previous supervisory experience in healthcare field is preferred.
• Must possess the ability to lead and direct others. Working knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must possess knowledge of registration processes, insurance, scheduling, and/or hospital billing.

Salary Range:$53,851-$72,716
