Job summary

SeaWorld is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the Park Quality team at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. You will oversee assistant supervisors, drive park presentation, safety, and accountability, and ensure high guest satisfaction.

You will train staff, manage schedules, control labor budgets, handle guest concerns, and uphold department policies while maintaining stock and ensuring cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of restroom cleaning is preferred.
• Requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the Park Quality team to maximize park presentation and ensure safety and accountability.
• Perform general and detail cleaning tasks of restrooms and facilities.
• Ensure training and compliance with scheduling, time-keeping, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
• Address team member and guest concerns and maintain up-to-date schedules and labor budgets.
• Enforce safety, park, and department policies at all times and manage stock levels.
• Coordinate restroom cleaning with minimal disruption to park operations.

• Supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the Park Quality team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Execute common tasks for Park Quality including: general cleaning and detail cleaning of restrooms.
• Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, equipment use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
• Follow up with team member and guest concerns.
• Ensuring Schedules are up to date and labor budgets are maintained.
• Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
• Maintain par levels for stock items.
• Responsible for team member compliance and development.
• Coordinate restroom cleaning and minimize disruption of operation.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Previous leadership experience preferred, Park Operations/Park Quality experience preferred
• Knowledge of restroom cleaning preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid drivers license

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
