Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee labor management, inbound and outbound slotting, and day-to-day operations. You will lead teams to meet productivity goals and ensure accurate information systems are used.

You will conduct staff meetings, coordinate hiring, training and professional development, and provide direction to HR. Strong MHE, RF scanner, and WMS proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3 years in logistics/ distribution environment.
• 1 year in supervisory role.
• Able to operate MHE and RF scanners with WMS.
