SUPERVISOR OF STUDENT SERVICES, HVAC Specialist

Description

KINNELON PUBLIC SCHOOLS 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Position: Supervisor of Student Services, K-12

Responsible for all special education programs, management of daily services, oversight of counseling programs, mental health programs, fiscal responsibility, and evaluation of CST-related services, guidance, and healthcare professionals district-wide. This includes alternative education, grant-funded programs, and ensuring compliance with laws, codes, and regulations related to Student Services. The role involves evaluating personnel and performing related work as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Supervisor Certification
• Minimum of five years' experience in special education services
• Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented, and problem solver
• Ability to develop long-range plans in counseling and mental health services
• Knowledge of master schedule development, managing student databases, and testing
• CST experience is a plus
• Administrative experience is a plus
• High school experience is preferred but not required
