Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on a 12-hour schedule. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.

Under the direction of the nurse manager, you will plan, organize, and coordinate department activities, ensure ANA standards, and support a culture of safety and excellence within our Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• One Professional Certification in related area (Facility Managed) required upon hire.
• 2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area required.
• Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal environment and oversee unit activities and personnel to ensure high quality patient care.
• Plan, organize, control and coordinate department activities for high quality patient care and cost-effective service.
• Adhere to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.

Supervisor Nursing at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
