Job summary

Nike Factory Store in San Clemente is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver great customer experiences. You will be the face of NIKE, guiding customers to the right products and ensuring a high standard of service.

The role requires 18+ years of age, at least 1 year in retail or consumer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Enjoy team collaboration and a pathway to grow with Nike in a dynamic store environment.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Hours: Full Time - 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
